Two types of information may be collected when you visit any of our Web sites, information that you knowingly provide us (personally identifiable information) and information that is obtained from your visit but is not directly associated with you (aggregate information collected through technology.)

This information is used to facilitate a phone call from one of our lenders to assist you in your application. In the normal course of using Focus Credit Services we may collect information about your habits and usage of our Web sites. This non-personally identifiable information is collected without any direct association with you specifically.
INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
Agents, employees and contractors of Focus Credit Services, who have access to personally identifiable information, are required to protect this information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and the high standards of the company.
Information about you specifically will not be used for any purpose other than to carry out the services you requested from Focus Credit Services and its affiliates.
Focus Credit Services complies fully with the federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Customer Service
Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us through Focus Credit Services, we may send you a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we received your information successfully. We will communicate with your by e-mail or telephone in accordance with your preferences. Focus Credit Services may also send you promotional messages to keep you updated on our topics and materials in which you have shown interest.
Service Related Announcements
Focus Credit Services may send you service related announcements on rare occasions when it is necessary to do so. For instance, if our service is temporarily unavailable for system maintenance, we might send you an email notice to keep you informed. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications.
CORRECTING AND EDITING YOUR INFORMATION
If you would like to make changes to the information you submitted, you may contact the webmaster at lender@focusinc.com or notify the lender/dealer assisting you to make these changes. We do not store your information online for your access at this time.
USE OF COOKIES
